When trying to understand the behaviour of the beta-catenin protein, Beric Henderson and his team at the Westmead Millenium Institute in Sydney found this happy face looking at them. “We have never seen any like this before,” he told news.com.au. “It's had all of us wondering what the underlying message is. There are different ways of looking at it. You could think it's laughing at us, but I like to think it's challenging us.”
