Run the Experiments (11) - The Man with the Yellow Cap
(June 26th, 2017) Here's a new episode of Lab Times' serialised crime story.
Jumping over boulders, benches and sunbathing students, Fernando and Charlotte chased the man to the other side of the university campus. Charlotte was sure he had taken her USB stick - and her phone - or at the very least, he knew what had happened in the metro.

“No, no. You must mistake me for someone else. I wasn't even on the metro today.” The man's faltering voice wasn’t very convincing.
“You want me to call the police? They will search you.”
“Ok, ok. No, police, please! Here's the phone and this stick thing. Now, let me go!”
Fernando loosened his grip on the man's collar and, with a slight shove, sent him on his way.
“Thank you. Thank you so much. I don't know what I would have done without you,” Charlotte heaved a sigh of relief. “That was too much excitement for one day. Now, I really need that cuppa.”
“Yes, let's go; you’ve earned it.”
On their way to Fernando's lab, Charlotte was struck with some disturbing thoughts. Why did this man target her? Had Prof Bernard sent him to Madrid to get his hands on the data? No that can't be; nobody knew she was here. Except...
